Location: Hai Duong

Follow up on customer requirements and ensure accurate, timely communication.
Confirm orders, delivery schedules, and project-related requirements with clients.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Welcome and support visiting clients.
Proactively handle and resolve customer issues during project execution.

Lead weekly project meetings to track progress and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to achieve OTD (On-Time Delivery) 90%.
Monitor ECN (Engineering Change Notice) implementation and ensure all related costs (CIA) are pre-approved.
Participate in quality meetings and provide feedback on customer requirements.
Organize and lead urgent meetings to resolve project-related issues.

Manage and follow up on new product introduction processes for assigned projects.

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Production Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the electronics industry.
Strong English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
Proficient in Excel and experienced in reporting and data analysis.
Strong sense of responsibility, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under high pressure.
Team player with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Positive, outgoing, and adaptable personality.
