Job Description

• Overall Objectives:
  • Standardize the E-commerce operation system as revenue reaches a large scale.
  • Optimize collaboration efficiency among business teams.
  • Build data management and KPI systems.
  • Support the company's expansion into the Southeast Asian market.
• E-commerce Operations Management: Review and standardize operational processes on TikTok Shop and Shopee; Develop KPIs, dashboards, and business reporting systems.
• Business System Coordination: Coordinate activities among the E-commerce, Marketing/Performance, Livestream, Affiliate/KOC, and Shop Operations teams.
• Business Performance Optimization: Analyze GMV, traffic, and conversion metrics; Propose and implement growth strategies.
• Market Expansion Strategy: Participate in developing expansion plans for the Southeast Asian market.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in the E-commerce industry.
• Deep understanding of operations on TikTok Shop and Shopee platforms.
• Experience in operating or managing a GMV of 20 billion VND/month or more.
• Experience in managing or coordinating E-commerce teams.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to establish operational processes and KPIs.
• Proficiency in Chinese and an understanding of the Vietnamese and Southeast Asian markets are strong advantages.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Fashion, Apparel, Lingerie/Underwear, or Beauty/FMCG industries.
