1. Job Description

   • Technical Solutions: Research and propose technical solutions for aluminum and glass systems, doors, and curtain walls (façades), ensuring strict compliance with design requirements, technical standards, and specific project conditions.

   • Drawing Review & Approval: Inspect, review, and evaluate technical drawings, Shop Drawings, and implementation plans to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and synchronization prior to execution.

   • Technical Consultation: Consult on materials, structural composition, technical solutions, and installation methods, while supporting the resolution of technical issues arising during project execution.

   • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Design, Production, and Construction departments to resolve technical issues, control quality, and ensure project timelines are met.

   • Troubleshooting & Quality Control: Monitor and evaluate issues arising during production, installation, and final acceptance (handover); perform root cause analysis and propose appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

   • R&D and Innovation: Stay updated with new standards, building codes, technologies, and solutions in the glazing and construction industry; research their applicability to enhance technical efficiency.

   • Process Standardization: Develop and standardize technical workflows, design standards, instructional materials, and technical databases to support professional operations.

   • Value Engineering (VE): Propose product improvement initiatives to optimize materials, functionality, aesthetics, and costs, aligning with practical project demands.

   • Management & Reporting: Manage, track, and report on the overall progress of technical tasks; perform other specialized duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

2. Requirements

   • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields.

   • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction/engineering sector, including at least 3 years in a managerial or equivalent role.

   • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of aluminum and glass systems, doors, curtain walls, construction materials, structural details, technical standards, and production & installation processes. Strong ability to apply construction laws, regulations, and standards.

   • Technical Skills: Highly proficient in reading, evaluating, and approving technical drawings / Shop Drawings. Capable of consulting on solutions and resolving practical technical issues on-site and in the factory.

   • Core Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.

   • Working Style: High sense of responsibility, professional demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment with stringent quality and schedule demands.

   • Language & Software: Basic to intermediate proficiency in reading English technical documents and drawings. Highly proficient in specialized design and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD).
