Sales Engineer
Job Description:
1. Job Description

Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers; actively expand new customer base.

Provide consultancy on machinery manufacturing and automation products/solutions to factories and enterprises.

Follow up and manage projects from implementation to completion.

Prepare periodic and ad-hoc work plans and reports as required by direct managers.

2. Job Requirements
Education
-
College degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or related technical fields.
Experience
-
Minimum 02 years of sales experience in the automation industry, including machinery manufacturing, electrical/electronic systems, automation, industrial materials, equipment, or industrial solutions.

Preference given to candidates with experience selling to Japanese, Korean, or Chinese manufacturing plants.
Skills
-
Proactive, flexible, and able to handle arising situations effectively.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment; strong sense of responsibility.

4. Compensation & Benefits

Monthly income up to VND 35,000,000++ (Basic salary up to VND 17,000,000++ plus commissions).

Salary review twice per year and ad-hoc reviews based on performance.
