QA Manager

 Job Description:

Position: QA Manager

Location: Ha Nam

Salary: Negotiable

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and continuously improve the quality and product safety management system in compliance with customer requirements and international regulations.
  • Analyze product quality data, identify root causes, and propose as well as implement improvement measures.
  • Develop Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans to enhance the efficiency of quality operations.
  • Lead and manage the QA/QC team, ensuring that all quality control processes are fully executed from IQC, IPQC to CQC.
  • Lead supplier audits and evaluations to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Participate in the development, evaluation, and certification processes for new products.
  • Resolve customer complaints, handle non-conforming products, and effectively implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure product quality stability and performance by actively engaging in the entire process, from the design phase to mass production.
  • Develop and manage product quality plans, ensuring compliance with safety standards and specific client requirements.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 05 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or quality system management.
  • At least 03 years of experience in a managerial role.

Language Skills:

  • Requirement: Proficient in English for both daily communication and handling business documentation.

Professional Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of quality standards and regulations in the printing or paper industry is a distinct advantage.
  • Proven experience in supplier chain management and quality system oversight.
  • Priority will be given to candidates with strong knowledge or hands-on experience in SPC (Statistical Process Control) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).

Managerial & Computer Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with practical experience using MRP/ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, quality management, and communication skills, with the ability to foster excellent cross-functional collaboration.

Other Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with ISO 9000, ISO 14000, FSC standards, and other established quality management systems.

WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS:

  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, from Monday to Saturday.
  • 13th-month salary and 12 days of annual leave per year.
  • Note: The company does not provide a shuttle bus or dormitory. However, for candidates relocating or commuting from afar, a housing allowance will be provided (to be negotiated and included in the base salary).
