Position Summary

The IT Manager is responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT systems including hospital systems, ERP, and other internal platforms.
• Ensure system stability, cybersecurity, and data protection.
• Lead the IT team and manage daily IT operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and headquarters on system implementation.
• Manage IT infrastructure and technology upgrades.
• Control IT budgets and ensure efficient resource utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience managing enterprise systems.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Good English communication skills.
