Job Description

  • Develop and expand B2B customers in the manufacturing sector (plastics, chemicals, raw materials).

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth with existing accounts.

  • Provide technical and commercial consulting to customers based on production and application needs.

  • Work closely with technical, production, and logistics teams to ensure solution suitability, product quality, and on-time delivery.

  • Monitor order execution, support issue resolution, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct market research, track industry trends, competitors, and customer insights, and report to management.

Job Requirements

  • Open to both experienced candidates and fresh graduates.

  • Background in plastics, chemicals, materials, or related industries is a strong advantage.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset with a clear career interest in business development / technical sales.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • English (IELTS 6.5+) or Chinese (HSK 4+) is a plus.

Benefits
