Job Description

Develop and expand B2B customers in the manufacturing sector (plastics, chemicals, raw materials).

Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth with existing accounts.

Provide technical and commercial consulting to customers based on production and application needs.

Work closely with technical, production, and logistics teams to ensure solution suitability, product quality, and on-time delivery.

Monitor order execution, support issue resolution, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Conduct market research, track industry trends, competitors, and customer insights, and report to management.
Job Requirements

Open to both experienced candidates and fresh graduates.

Background in plastics, chemicals, materials, or related industries is a strong advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proactive, learning-oriented mindset with a clear career interest in business development / technical sales.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

English (IELTS 6.5+) or Chinese (HSK 4+) is a plus.
