1. Job description

   • Comprehensive Payroll & Bonus Management: Take full responsibility for the overall compensation system. Supervise the calculation of payroll, allowances, productivity bonuses, and overtime (OT) pay for thousands of direct labor (DL) workers and back-office staff, ensuring absolute accuracy and timeliness.

   • Time & Attendance (T&A) Operations: Manage the HR data team and oversee the Time & Attendance system. Resolve attendance data discrepancies, missing logs, and anomalies from the factory's biometric/card-swiping devices.

   • Insurance & Benefits Administration: Oversee all operations related to statutory Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance (SHUI), handling sickness and maternity claims, as well as administering the Group's voluntary welfare insurance packages.

   • HR Data & Cost Reporting: Track and analyze labor cost fluctuations, payroll variances, and overall HR budgets. Prepare and deliver comprehensive HR data reports directly to the HR Director and the Chinese Board of Directors (BOD).

2. Requirements

   • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

   • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in an equivalent C&B role within the manufacturing industry.

   • Proven experience in large-scale manufacturing plants (managing payroll for thousands of employees); candidates from Electronics or Chinese/Taiwanese FDI companies are highly preferred.

   • Core Competencies: Strong Business Partner mindset, deep understanding of manufacturing operations, and the confidence to work directly with the Board of Directors. Strong numerical aptitude and high proficiency in Excel/HRIS systems.

   • Language: High proficiency in Chinese, capable of conducting meetings and reporting directly to Chinese leadership. English proficiency is a strong plus.
