1. Job Description

   • Manage and coordinate end-to-end shipment operations, including Ocean FCL/LCL, Air Freight, and Nomination shipments.

   • Ensure all shipments are processed in full compliance with established SOPs and operational procedures.

   • Prepare, review, and verify shipping documentation, including B/L, AWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, and other relevant documents.

   • Coordinate closely with Sales teams, customers, overseas agents, and relevant internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution.

   • Monitor shipment progress, proactively identify potential risks or operational issues, and take appropriate actions to resolve them.

   • Monitor and control operational costs, ensuring that billing information is complete and accurate.

   • Ensure shipment and operational information is properly updated and maintained in the I-Freight system.

   • Assist with operational reports, data tracking, and initiatives aimed at improving service quality and operational efficiency.

   • Perform other duties and assignments as requested by the Operation Team Leader or Operation Manager.

2. Requirements

   • Bachelor’s degree.

   • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding operations.

   • Practical experience handling Air Freight operations.

   • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

   • Good working proficiency in English.

   • Knowledge of Chinese/Mandarin is an advantage.

3. Benefits

   • Salary: 16-21 mil gross

   • Working hours: Monday- Friday + Saturday (online working if any)

   • Phone allowance: VND 200,000/month
