Assistant Restaurant Manager

C&N Recruitment are excited to be working with a modern British restaurant based in Harpenden. The restaurant is currently looking for an exceptional assistant restaurant manager/ supervisor. The restaurant serves modern British food, a seasonal set menu, it also has a couple of rooms for guests.

The role:

· Hire and retain front of house staff.

· Build team rotas and manage daily service.

· Lead by example and develop the front of house team.

· Maintain stock levels and orders.

· Manage budgets and monitor gross profits.

· Ensure all company rules and regulations are followed.

· Proactively seek out improvements.

· Create an amazing guest experience.

What our client is looking for:

· Experience working in or managing restaurants

· Strong managerial skills and track record of building high performing teams.

· Ambition and drive to be the best.

· A passion and knowledge of wine.

You will be working evenings and weekends.
