The Role

Based in Brisbane, you'll work closely with the TA Lead, Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor and hiring managers across ANZ to attract and hire talented people into the business.

Due to continued growth, we are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and adding an additional recruiter to support hiring across the business.

A key focus of the role will be graduate recruitment alongside recruitment for geotechnical engineers and technical specialists.

This role suits someone who enjoys sourcing talent, engaging candidates and building strong hiring partnerships with managers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead graduate recruitment campaigns
  • Recruit geotechnical engineers and a range of other roles across the organisation
  • Advertising to engage passive and active candidates
  • Manage job advertisements, candidate screening and interview coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate networks
  • Support recruitment reporting and hiring insights
  • Work with marketing to support recruitment campaigns when required
  • Proactive candidate sourcing & Headhunting when required 


What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years recruitment experience (agency, in-house, or a mix)
    Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates
  • Exposure to technical, engineering or infrastructure recruitment advantageous
  • Interest or experience in graduate recruitment and desire to take on additional Engineering and operational roles to develop your career
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a range of roles
  • Adaptable, flexible and comfortable working across evolving recruitment needs
  • A positive, collaborative approach with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Proficiency using LinkedIn
