Experienced Engineering Geologist / Geotechnical Engineer - Site Investigation

Since starting in Perth in 2012, CMW Geosciences has expanded to 19 business units with over 300 employees across Australia and New Zealand. We are hard-working, down-to-earth, and passionate Geotech professionals, providing quality geotechnical site investigation, analysis, and design advice to the construction, infrastructure, mining and energy sectors.

As a result of two major projects starting soon, our Perth-based site investigation team is looking to bring on two experienced geotechnical professionals. Specifically, you must have consultancy experience leading SI projects, preferably in Western Australia. You would be working on projects ranging from inner city buildings and infrastructure to remote green field projects in the energy space. We are looking for experienced project managers who can hit the ground running.

Qualifications/Experience/Attributes

• Qualified Engineering Geologist or Geotechnical Engineer with at 4-10 years of experience working in a geotechnical consulting environment in Australia or New Zealand.
• Full Australian working rights
• Experience working in Western Australia is preferred
• Proven project management skills and experience delivering geotechnical projects.
• Exceptional organisation and communication skills, both verbal and written
• A high standard of accuracy and attention to detail is a must
• Current Australian driver's license
• Combination of office-based and field-based work, ability to travel if required
