Role Objective
The Pricing Manager Italy is a key position within the organization, responsible for orchestrating and managing end-to-end pricing processes across Italy. The main objective is to define and implement pricing tactics that align with group strategy, ensuring revenue and budget targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Pricing Management:
Oversee and optimize daily pricing decisions to achieve targets, monitoring key metrics such as revenue and margins across all channels. - Development of Omnichannel Pricing Strategies:
Design and implement omnichannel pricing measures, including the execution and evaluation of pilot projects. - Pricing Tool Optimization:
Adapt and enhance the configuration of pricing tools within strategic parameters to meet set goals. - Alignment of Pricing and Promotions:
Coordinate pricing strategies with promotional activities, including item selection and promotional mechanisms. - Collaboration with Other Departments:
Work closely with CRM, Online Marketing, Purchasing, Campaign Management, Retail, and other business functions, organizing regular alignment meetings. - Omnichannel Pricing Process Management:
Implement omnichannel pricing strategies within the cluster, including the management of pilot projects. - Application of Group Pricing Strategy:
Ensure the group pricing strategy is applied within the cluster and act as the primary point of contact for the group pricing team. - Process and Tool Optimization:
Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements and collaborate with the group pricing team on implementation.
