Our client is a multinational company with over 60 years of history, well-known and recognized in the collectibles market. The company distributes in over 20 global markets, both through subscriptions and retail channels such as kiosks and bookstores.
Overall Objective
The Data Analyst is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting key fulfillment metrics, including accuracy, data completeness, operational performance, on-time delivery, and costs. This role is essential in comparing actual results against KPIs and operational standards, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
- Volumes of activities managed (segmented by activity type, provider, country, and business segments).
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance metrics.
- Actual costs vs. budget.
- Conduct critical analysis of observed data to anticipate and isolate inefficiencies, problematic areas, and opportunities for improvement.
- Alert the Fulfillment Manager on identified challenges and assist in defining recovery and improvement plans.
- Produce and archive reports regularly issued by the Fulfillment team.
Process & Data Optimization:
- Analyze and propose enhancements for metric definitions, report structures, and reporting processes.
- Evaluate technology solutions to ensure ease of data access and information reliability.
- Regularly audit reports and data from company systems and external providers to validate accuracy and ensure alignment with company standards.
- Promptly report anomalies or discrepancies to internal stakeholders.
Scope:
The Data Analyst will support operations across all company markets, focusing on external logistics providers in EMEA and AMER regions.

- Optional: Oracle suite and AI-based analytics platforms
Qualifications & Background
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Logistics & Supply Chain (preferred), Statistics, or Finance with a focus on Business Analytics.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a business analytics role, preferably in a logistics or fulfillment environment.
