Role
We are looking for a Warehouse Logistics Automation Analyst. This role is designed for an analytically-minded professional who can drive reporting automation and process simplification, reducing manual workload and improving data visibility across warehouse and logistics operations. The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, IT and Logistics teams to build reliable, automated reporting solutions that free up the team to focus on operational performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions using Excel, Power Query and available automation tools.
- Consolidate and validate operational data from multiple sources (ERP, WMS, logistics providers and internal systems).
- Support the creation and maintenance of warehouse performance KPIs and operational scorecards.
- Automate recurring reporting activities and reduce manual data handling across the team.
- Prepare data and insights for weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Identify opportunities to simplify reporting processes and eliminate non-value-added administrative work.
- Ensure consistency, reliability and accuracy of operational data.
- Document reporting processes, data sources and automation workflows.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, IT and Logistics teams to improve data accessibility and reporting efficiency.

Background
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, Reporting, Process Improvement or similar roles.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or related fields.
- Experience working with operational, logistics or supply chain data is a plus.
- Advanced Excel, Power Query.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Data preparation, validation and reporting.
- Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources.
- Fluent English.
- Spanish language skills are preferred, but not required.
