JD-SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Job Responsibilities:

1. To identify the Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)

2. Secure new business through prospecting lead generation (E-mail, outbound call, video call), converting Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL), and closing sales as per business goals

3. Conduct effective business development and sales meetings (audio/video) professionally and persuasively.

4. Drive Clustox Sales Cycle (that includes discovery, assessment, proposal presentation, and negotiations)

5. Recording status, managing information, and reporting performance in the CRM tool such as HUB Spot and Such

6. Document case studies for showcasing to prospective clients

7. Conduct research to identify new markets and customers' needs (ICP) Skills And Requirements:

1) Bachelors degree in business/marketing/CS or relevant from a reputable university. 2) Proficient in written and spoken English

3) Good presentation skills

4) Must be an ambitious, self-driven, and go-getter attitude person

5) A team player and quick learner with strong decision-making power

6) Strong analytical, critical reasoning, and structured problem-solving abilities

7) Experience with Linkedin, SalesNavigator, and other lead-generation tools (CRM) is a plus

8) Experience in email marketing campaigns and CRM is an add-on
