Job Summary:
The Administrative Officer will play a key role in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the facilities. This position involves performing daily walkthroughs, assisting with general repairs, managing petty cash, handling outdoor tasks, and maintaining inventory. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting both administrative and hands-on facility tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Assist the facilities team with daily operational and administrative tasks.
  • Perform outdoor errands such as bank transactions, market purchases, and courier services.
  • Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces, bathrooms, and common areas.
  • Manage petty cash and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Carry out general repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks.
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies as needed.
  • Conduct inventory inspections and reorder supplies in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in facilities support, administration, or a related role.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, painting).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle petty cash and maintain accurate records.
  • Reliable and able to perform outdoor tasks as required.
  • Good communication skills for supplier coordination.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
