The Technical Project Manager engages with the sales team to help secure new customers, sets clear and correct expectations for the customers as well as for the delivery team, and manages successful delivery of projects by ensuring that the best project management and engineering processes are followed. SPM effectively identifies and resolves all customer issues related to technology and resource management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple technology projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
  • Set and manage expectations for clients and project teams, promoting clear communication.
  • Apply technical expertise in web and mobile technologies to guide project direction.
  • Identify and resolve technology-related and resource management issues.
  • Collaborate with sales during pre-sales to create project estimates and technical solutions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management.
  • Promote and enforce best project management and engineering practices across teams.
  • Implement risk management strategies to anticipate and mitigate issues.
  • Mentor and coach team members to foster skill development and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven 8-10 years of experience in technical project management with web and mobile technology expertise.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Solid understanding of web and mobile technology stacks.
  • Customer-focused approach to managing client relationships proactively.
