Job Description:

Clustox is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Gulberg, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our visual identity and delivering high-quality designs that meet both our brand standards and the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design Development:

  • Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for a variety of media including websites, social media, print materials, and presentations.

  • Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.

  • Produce compelling and effective designs for digital and print campaigns.

• Project Management:

  • Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all designs adhere to project timelines and budgets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to understand design requirements and provide creative solutions.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.

• Brand Consistency:

  • Maintain and enhance the company's visual brand identity across all platforms.

  • Ensure consistency in design and uphold the company's brand standards in all creative output.

  • Develop and maintain a repository of design assets and templates for the team.

• Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to help them grow their skills.

  • Collaborate with external vendors such as printers and agencies when necessary.

  • Present design concepts and lead creative discussions with stakeholders to gain approval and feedback.

• Innovation and Trends:

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve design processes and introduce innovative design ideas.

  • Conduct regular research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or software company.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative skills and design styles.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other graphic design software.

• Experience with UI/UX design and familiarity with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD is a plus.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Ability to take constructive criticism and iterate on designs based on feedback.

• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
