Associate UI/UX Designer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Associate UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our design and development teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our software products. You will be responsible for understanding user needs and translating them into intuitive design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the design and development teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our software products

- Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and preferences

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas

- Design and develop user interface elements such as menus, tabs, forms, and widgets

- Ensure consistency and coherence in design across all products and platforms

- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
