As a Senior People Experience Executive, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to enhance the overall employee experience at Clustox. You will work closely with the HR team to develop and maintain a positive work culture and ensure that our employees feel valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

- Collaborate with the HR team to create and maintain a positive work culture.

- Conduct regular surveys and gather feedback from employees to identify areas of improvement.

- Develop and implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding performance.

- Work with the HR team to develop and implement employee training and development programs.

- Act as a point of contact for employees to address any concerns or issues they may have.

- Plan and organize company events and activities to promote team building and boost employee morale.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the employee experience at Clustox.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of employee engagement and retention strategies.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Proven track record of successfully implementing employee engagement initiatives.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
