Assistant Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the development team, business analysts, and QAs as well as stakeholders and managers.
Able to write user stories and requirement specification document
Create a detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured project and release plan
Take a lead role in project activities such as design review and requirements inspection and software design
Conducting requirement meetings and assisting with the determination of project requirements.
Distribute minutes to all project team members.
Effectively and accurately, communicate relevant project information to the team and management.
Track the progress and quality of work being performed by all internal departments.
Use Jira to monitor project plans, work hours, and schedules.
Ensure clients needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Education and Required Skills:
Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science
Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of IT industry experience as a software developer.
At least two years of team management experience
Must have a strong knowledge of agile and scrum
Team player, methodical, self-starter, process-driven, and results-oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience in Web Application & Rest API
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, etc.
