Job Purpose

Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager, the Supply Planning Manager under the Central Operations Department shall act as the champion of the overall supply across the CloudEats ecosystem. S/he shall be responsible to:

  • Ensure seamless supply chain operations by developing and executing effective supply plans across all locations.
  • Improve overall supply availability and ensure continuity of supply from end-to-end to meet sales requirements.
  • Balance supply with forecasted demand, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring timely availability of products.
  • Optimize inventory, holding, and distribution cost to eliminate inventory inefficiencies towards leaner operations and improved cash flow.
  • Oversee a team of Planning Officers, providing leadership and guidance to streamline procurement, production, and distribution processes.

Main Duties

Supply Planning and Execution

  • Develop and implement supply plans based on demand forecasts, ensuring optimal inventory levels across all locations.
  • Coordinate with the Purchasing and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth procurement and distribution processes.
  • Monitor and adjust supply plans to account for changes in demand, lead times, or supplier performance.

Inventory Management

  • Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
  • Monitor inventory turnover and implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and minimize waste.
  • Develop contingency plans to handle disruptions in the supply chain.

Oversight on Inbound and Outbound Operations

  • Work closely with the Inbound Planning Officer and the Purchasing team to maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring supplier reliability and managing lead times, capacity constraints, and delivery schedules.
  • Partner with the Outbound Planning Officer and the Warehouse and Logistics team to optimize distribution and delivery schedules to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Implement short-term, mid-term and long-term roadmaps for the Supply Planning Team and address roadblocks throughout.
  • Create strategies to support the thrust for continuous expansion.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Demand Planning, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
  • Work closely with Commercial and Kitchen Operations teams to prepare for promotions, product launches, and peak seasons.

Performance Monitoring and Process Improvement

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as material plan accuracy, stock covers, ad hoc transfer frequency, and ingredient availability.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and recommend process improvements to reduce costs and improve service levels.

Other duties and tasks may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least three (3) years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, preferably in the field of Supply Planning
  • Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any related program
  • Knowledge on ERP and other related tools (NetSuite, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving, mathematical, and analytical skills
  • Experience with statistical analysis
  • In-depth understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
  • Capability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
