Job Purpose

To play a pivotal role in driving organizational growth by actively contributing to the strategic expansion of online kitchens and retail stores. Additionally, responsible for supporting the management of lessor/business partner relationships externally to further increase potential opportunities to expand. The role involves providing valuable assistance in site/partnership sourcing, site evaluation and oculars, contract negotiations, and creating and sustaining business reviews while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Main Duties

Kitchen and Retail Stores Expansion:

  • Sourcing - Finding locations where we can expand given a set criteria of commercial and technical constraints (i.e., ideal hot locations, etc.)
  • Site Evaluation and Oculars: Collaborate in evaluating and selecting suitable sites for new kitchens, considering factors like utilities availability, customer profile, feasibility of systems, layout of planned equipment.
  • Contract Support: Assist in managing contracts, supporting negotiations with landlords and developers, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in sourcing
  • Compliance: Contribute to ensuring that all kitchen facilities comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and other relevant requirements and support in mitigating any deviations from these.

Expansion Opportunities and Business Partnerships

  • Opportunities - identify other means of finding locations to expand in more than the current ways of working (i.e., do we find ways to penetrate schools)
  • Partnerships - Maintain and grow existing relationships (i.e., for lessors assigned to serve as liaison for requirements to support such as documentation, for mall developers assigned to work with existing partnerships to conduct business reviews for future opportunities)
