Job Purpose
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the Head of Brand- Offline/Retail shall act as the main driver for growth of CloudEats offline business. Solid strategy and excellent execution are required to ensure accelerated growth and sustained profitability across the offline stores. S/he is responsible for the end-to-end process of planning, opening, and sustaining growth and profitability of all offline stores.
Main Duties
Grow existing offline stores
- Analyze growth drivers and barriers per store and identify actionable insights for growth
- Plan and execute marketing activities that will drive both order and value growth, including strategic brand partnerships and close collaboration with mall/location marketing teams
- In-store marketing, including, but not limited, to in-store promotions
- In-mall and area marketing
- Out-of-store marketing, including but not limited to social media and digital marketing
- Regularly review and recommend in-store menu and offers at the right pricing for the stores target customers
- Develop offline collaterals for all the stores, in close collaboration with Creatives team
- Ensure operational excellence and consistent high-quality food & service through close coordination with internal operations teams
- Support operations teams in SKU forecasting based on planned marketing activities
- Support head of growth in monthly projection of sales and meeting CloudEats sales targets
- Support online growth of Brands by connecting offline activities with online initiatives
Expand Brand Reach Through New Offline Stores
- Recommend new store opening locations with financial analysis, based on locations commercial terms, proper location oculars, and internal operational considerations
- Lead end-to-end store opening project with close coordination with cross-functional teams, including business development, operations, product development, tech, finance, and commercial teams
- Propose and execute holistic marketing plans for the launch and sustaining activities for new offline stores
- Coordinate all commercial aspects of the store opening with location leasing managers
- Build relationships with external leasing managers to be able to continuously source prime locations for new stores
Understand Customers of Each of the Offline Stores
- Identify compelling triggers and barriers to influence customer behavior to drive growth in the stores
- Analyze Net Promoter Score, platform ratings and reviews, and come up with actionable insights to address customer issues with the brands and the stores.
Ensure Sustainable Profitability of CloudEats Offline Stores
- Efficiently and effectively manage marketing budget to drive business results
- Understand key brand financial metrics and recommend actions to achieve financial objectives
- Manage SKU assortment and understand how each variant/SKU contributes to strategy and profitability of the store
