About the job Senior/Line Cook - McKinley Hill, Taguig
The kitchen personnel are responsible in the overall operations of the kitchen which include food & beverage, preparation and dispatching. The role, at a minimum, includes the following
- Washing, chopping, shredding, grating ingredients
- Cooking in accordance with the issued menu
- Cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations
- Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety policies
- Reviewing and finalizing food quality, presentation and temperature, packaging and utensils before dispatching
- Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the Kitchen Head
- Other tasks incidental to the job
Minimum qualifications
- Degree holder in Hospitality Management and allied courses
- At least one year of experience in kitchen operations
- If fresh graduate, the applicant must have specialization in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Operations
- Open to work in a 24x7x365 working environment; 6-day workweek, shifting

Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
