Platform Officer

Job Purpose

Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, the Platform Officer shall assist in the overall menu management of Cloudeats' online business in the food aggregators (Grab, Foodpanda, and any other additional food delivery platforms in the future). The primary focus will be working closely with the Commercial Officer for Platforms in the management of our brand's menus in Grab and Foodpanda through Alfred, Cloudeats internally developed menu management and order management system.

The Platform Officer shall also assists the Commercial Officers working with the Brand

team on planned menu changes in the platform, such as reviewing menu edits plotted and executing these changes based on alignment with the Brand. The Platform Associate shall also help in other administrative tasks, such as requesting changes in the platform, such as operating hours, cover photo changes, and location pin changes. The Platform Associate can also be utilized to help in platform-related administrative tasks such as helping do competitor checks, doing platform checks such as auditing if promos are live in the platform and whether menu changes have been reflected successfully,

Main Duties

Drive excellent menu management in Grab and Foodpanda

• With the Commercial Officer for Platforms, drive timely and accurate menu management,
• ensuring changes in the menus are done in a timely and accurate manner
• Work with Brand Managers towards planning menu changes and ensuring the menu best
• practices are kept, such as consistent pricing across brands and logic in how menus are
• constructed
• Helped ensure best-in-class platform management of brands in Grab and Foodpanda
• Assist in menu management by working with the Grab and Foodpanda account managers
• along with the Commercial Officer, particularly by focusing on administrative requests are
• aligned
• Work on ad-hoc and routine tasks such as checking competitor prices in the platform
• and auditing if all initiatives (promos, menu changes, etc) reflect accurately on the platform.

Secondary:

Opportunistically capitalize on additional sources of revenue for the company.

• Help in administrative tasks and ad-hoc initiatives such as B2B orders (coordination and order fulfillment)
• Assist in project management of other projects as assigned by the Head of Growth such as possible catering events pop-ups, 3PK orders, etc
