Responsibilities:

  • Developing the overall kitchen expansion strategy in line with Commercial’s growth plan.

  • Sourcing and conducting feasibility studies on potential kitchen locations.

  • Negotiating and working with contractors and purchasing to build the most cost-effective kitchen suitable for the company's needs.

  • Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.

  • Providing engineering solutions to issues with kitchen facilities and repairs.

  • Promoting continuous improvement through innovating and evolving kitchen designs and equipment to better suit the business needs.

  • Working with the local LGU to secure necessary permits to ensure continuous operations.

  • Evaluating the performance of contractors relating to facility construction, repairs and maintenance, and pest control.

  • Maintaining equipment service records, maintenance records, and other related documentation.

  • Ensuring that facilities are always compliant with the health and safety standards.

  • Develop a repair and maintenance resilience plan to minimize disruption to operations.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Number of kitchens/retail built on time.

  • Budget vs Actuals of kitchen Capex and R&M.

  • Repair resolution time.

Work Setup:

  • 5 days onsite in BGC Office

  • Monday to Friday
