About the job Line Cook
The Line Cooks are responsible for the overall operations of the kitchen which include food & beverage, preparation and dispatching. The role, at a minimum, includes the following
- Frying, Grilling, chopping, shredding, grating ingredients
- Cooking in accordance with the issued menu
- Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety policies
- Reviewing and finalizing food quality, presentation and temperature, packaging and utensils before dispatching
- Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the Kitchen Head
- Other tasks incidental to the job
Minimum qualifications
- At least one year of experience in kitchen operations with food safety background
- Experience in Fryer and Griddle station is a plus
- Open to work in a 24x7x365 working environment; 6-day workweek, shifting
