About the job Line Cook

The Line Cooks are responsible for the overall operations of the kitchen which include food & beverage, preparation and dispatching. The role, at a minimum, includes the following

  • Frying, Grilling, chopping, shredding, grating ingredients
  • Cooking in accordance with the issued menu
  • Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety policies
  • Reviewing and finalizing food quality, presentation and temperature, packaging and utensils before dispatching
  • Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the Kitchen Head
  • Other tasks incidental to the job

Minimum qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in kitchen operations with food safety background
  • Experience in Fryer and Griddle station is a plus
  • Open to work in a 24x7x365 working environment; 6-day workweek, shifting
