The HR Admin Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR and administrative functions. This position is responsible for employee engagement initiatives, HR administration, and general office management.

Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement:

  • Work closely with the Sr. People & Culture Manager for all planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events for HQ and Kitchen Operations.
  • Conduct surveys and gather feedback to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to develop strategies for enhancing team cohesion and morale.
  • Promote a culture of recognition and appreciation through various initiatives and programs.

Administration:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, events, hotel, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
  • Support senior management with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, focusing on employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
