About the job HR Admin Officer
The HR Admin Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR and administrative functions. This position is responsible for employee engagement initiatives, HR administration, and general office management.
Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement:
- Work closely with the Sr. People & Culture Manager for all planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events for HQ and Kitchen Operations.
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team leaders to develop strategies for enhancing team cohesion and morale.
- Promote a culture of recognition and appreciation through various initiatives and programs.
Administration:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, events, hotel, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
- Support senior management with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, focusing on employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
