Job Overview:

The Social Media Content Creator & Ads Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media content and advertising campaigns. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and effective advertising strategies. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  2. Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute a social media strategy that aligns with business goals and targets key audiences.
  3. Ads Management: Plan, create, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including setting objectives, targeting audiences, and monitoring performance.
  4. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance and ad campaign metrics using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to the team.
  5. Community Engagement: Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner, fostering positive relationships with followers.
  6. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other team members to create cohesive and visually appealing social media posts.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital advertising.
  3. Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights), and advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
  4. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and visual composition.
  5. Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and adjust strategies to improve performance.
  6. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
