The Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting and improving day-to-day operations, maintaining data accuracy, and optimizing processes to enhance team productivity. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing internal workflows, and implementing solutions that drive efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement ways to streamline and improve operational processes, contributing to greater efficiency and productivity.
- Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain operational data, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with teams such as finance, customer service, and logistics to resolve operational issues and support seamless workflows.
- Project Support: Assist in the execution of projects, monitor progress, and track key performance indicators to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operations metrics, and document processes and procedures to support consistency and transparency.
- Issue Resolution: Handle operational issues as they arise, troubleshoot problems, and proactively recommend solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data management tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Airtable).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
