Job Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible vis-à-vis Startup Entrepreneurship Program (SEP) for generating leads, managing pre-sales activities, converting leads into sales, maintaining post-sales engagement with customers and Team Management. This role requires an ambitious, adaptive, and proactive individual with excellent communication and persuasion skills, who can develop trust with the customers.Â

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TO SELLÂ Startup Entrepreneurship Program (SEP):Â
Lead Generation:Â
Identify and research potential clients and marketsÂ
Develop and execute lead generation strategies through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and eventsÂ
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leadsÂ
Pre-Sales:Â
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling pre-sales materials Â
Outbound callingÂ
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirementsÂ
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, query resolution sessions to showcase the value of our offeringsÂ
Ensure enhanced customer experience and improved customer relationshipÂ
Conversion:Â
Conduct customer interviews to understand their suitabilityÂ
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptlyÂ
Build strong relationships with prospects to convert them into customersÂ
Close sales deals effectivelyÂ
Post-Sales Engagement:Â
Ensure a smooth transition from sales to the customer success teamÂ
Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concernsÂ
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.Â
Team Management:Â
Leading and managing the marketing team, including hiring, training, and supervising staff membersÂ
Delegating tasks, setting performance targets, and providing guidance and support to ensure the team's successÂ
Â
Requirements:Â
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field  Â
2+ years of experience with some sort of leadership position in an association, college clubs, etcÂ
2+ years of proven experience in Sales or relevant role Â
Experience in B2C sale with EdTech will be preferableÂ
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesÂ
Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasion skillsÂ
Proficient in MS Office and CRM softwareÂ
Ambitious, Adaptive, ProactiveÂ
