Job Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced Vue.js Manager to lead our front-end development efforts in building scalable and high-performance web and mobile applications. In this role, you will oversee the development team, manage project timelines, and ensure the implementation of best practices in front-end development using the Vue.js framework. You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, enhancing user experiences, and aligning development efforts with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Vue.js
• Manage a team of front-end developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and ensure successful delivery of applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure seamless integration with back-end services
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability while adhering to best practices
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in the Vue.js ecosystem
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with extensive experience in front-end development
• Proven experience leading teams and managing projects, particularly with Vue.js
• Strong expertise in Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a solid understanding of modern front-end build tools and practices
• Familiarity with back-end technologies and API integration is a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
