Job Overview:

As an Operations PTL intern you will get exposure to project management, process optimization, and operational strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Improve SLA by tracking and follow-ups
• Escalation management
• Improve NDR adherence and reduce returns
• Improve delivery TAT of Last-mile shipments and ensure minimum cooling time in the chain
  

Requirements:

•  Comfortable in using excel - Intermediate level
• Willingness to learn
• Knowledge of Supply chain and Logistics (Preferable)
• Comfortable in calling

Job Location: Gurugram, WFO & 6 days/week

Duration: 3 months
