Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our team at Cloud Counselage. In this role, you'll help onboard new customers, resolve issues, and build strong relationships. You'll also gather feedback, analyze customer data, and work with different teams to improve the customer experience. Your efforts will help enhance our services, drive customer satisfaction, and support long-term success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding & Support: Help new customers get started with the IAC platform and ensure effective use and develop strong relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues quickly through the IAC platform and Freshdesk, collaborating with support teams.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improving service.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work with Marketing, Support teams to meet customer needs and share feedback. Collect feedback and share insights to improve products and services.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and success metrics.
  • FAQ Management: Work with the FAQ team to create and update FAQs based on common customer questions and issues to improve their experience.
