Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Coordination: Support logistics operations by assisting with order processing, shipment tracking, and coordinating deliveries.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within operations and contribute ideas to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Assist with quality control measures to ensure products or services meet established standards and specifications.
Customer Support: Provide assistance to customers or clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and generate reports for management review.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams such as sales, marketing, and finance to support cross-functional initiatives and projects.
