The SaaS Marketing Associate will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing and SaaS industry dynamics, with a focus on content, performance metrics, and customer journeys.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Content Creation & Optimization: Develop high-quality content such as blogs, case studies, and white papers tailored to the SaaS industry. Collaborate with design teams to produce engaging visuals.
- Campaign Management: Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital channels, including email, social media, and PPC to generate qualified leads.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead Nurturing: Support lead generation and nurturing efforts through content marketing, email sequences, and automated workflows, targeting different stages of the SaaS customer lifecycle.
- SEO & Keyword Strategy: Implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, performing keyword research and optimizing content for search engines.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
