Key Responsibilities:

  1. Creative Direction: Provide strategic creative direction to the design team, guiding the development of visual concepts, campaigns, and projects that effectively communicate the organization's brand identity and messaging.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where creativity flourishes, and team members are empowered to excel in their roles.
