Job Overview:

As a Senior Business Researcher, you will lead strategic research initiatives aimed at providing critical insights and analysis to support our organization's growth objectives. Responsibilities:

· Strategic Research: Lead and manage complex research projects focused on market analysis, competitive intelligence, and industry trends. Develop research methodologies, data collection strategies, and analysis frameworks to address key business questions and challenges.

· Data Analysis: Utilize advanced statistical techniques and data modeling tools to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights. Develop predictive models, forecasting methods, and scenario analyses to inform strategic decision-making.

· Market Intelligence: Provide in-depth analysis of market dynamics, including trends, drivers, and competitive forces shaping our industry landscape. Identify emerging opportunities and threats to guide strategic planning and resource allocation.

· Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of competitors' strategies, strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning. Identify competitive gaps and opportunities for differentiation to enhance our competitive advantage.

· Thought Leadership: Stay at the forefront of industry developments, technological innovations, and best practices in business research and analysis. Share insights and thought leadership internally and externally through presentations, publications, and industry conferences.

· Strategic Recommendations: Develop actionable recommendations based on research findings and insights. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate research insights into strategic initiatives and business outcomes.

· Team Leadership: Mentor and coach junior researchers, providing guidance on research methodologies, analytical techniques, and professional development. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the research team.

Qualifications:

· Master's degree or PhD in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in business research, strategic analysis, or consulting roles.

· Proven expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, data analysis, and statistical modeling.

· Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as R, Python, SQL, or SAS.

· Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate research findings into actionable recommendations.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and insights to diverse audiences.

· Leadership experience, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff members.

· Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
