Looking for a confident, solo contributor with 8-12 years experience in B2B sales and partnerships preferably with a funded Fintech/Edtech/SaaS start-up. They are someone with an existing rolodex of access to brands and have developed and managed team, leading by example with their own sales results.
They are someone who can pick up on new systems quickly, thrive in ambiguity, and enjoy creating relationships with brands. They possess outstanding oral and written English communication and presentation skills to make pitches independently.
They are someone currently serving a notice period or willing to join within 30 days.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and proactively create new business opportunities with companies to help the company grow revenue, users and content opportunities.
- Maintain a high volume of outreach to potential Brand partners and maintain a healthy and active pipeline.
- Setting up business pitches independently to target specific types of prospective partners.
- Design and execute strategic outreach campaigns to brands, targeting highly segmented categories.
- Develop and organize new business development initiatives.
- Learn and understand our customers' unique situations, establishing if the company is of value to them.
- Contribute to market intelligence, team learning and coaching.
- Work with other internal teams on strategic projects in line with company initiatives or new areas of growth.
- Keep up to date on the latest capabilities internally and market changes externally.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Have demonstrable networking, lead and pipeline management experience
- Ability to coach others on B2B sales principles and practices

- Project Management & Collaboration Skills
- Willingness to travel inter-city and PAN India based on industries & sectors
Preferred Requirements:
SAAS sales or part of any business sales team from a venture-backed tech firm is preferred

- Outstanding oral and written English communication and presentation skills
