Sr. React Native Engineer

Looking for a skilled Senior React Native Engineer who will be responsible for the development and maintenance of high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in building cross-platform mobile applications using React Native framework. You will work closely with our product development team to design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.   Responsibilities: Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development Mentor junior team members and assist in their professional growth Participate in architectural and design discussions to drive innovation and improvement   Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field  4-7 years of proven experience as a Mobile Developer with a focus on React Native Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React Native framework Experience with third-party libraries and APIs Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Android Studio, etc Solid understanding of mobile app development lifecycle, including deployment and distribution processes Experience with version control systems, such as Git   Preferred Requirements Experience with additional mobile development frameworks such as Flutter or Xamarin Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, or MongoDB Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects showcasing your skills   Qualities: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously   Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices Dynamic and collaborative work environment Potential for remote work options and flexible work hours   Location:  Onsite, Remote, Hybrid
