Job Overview:

Looking for a retail partnerships manager, with at least 5 years of extensive sales, strategic partnerships, business development and/or commercial strategy, preferably in the Fintech/large B2C start-up environment.

They are someone who has the end-to-end understanding of brand management and have worked with reputable brands that can help older adults better their lives and can get them a partnership with big retail brands. The brands can be related to Entertainment, Health, Airlines, Travel, Food & Beverages, Sportswear, Retail, shopping malls, eyewear, etc. They should be someone who have worked on positions like Client/Account Manager, Brand Manager, Alliance Manager or similar roles.

They are highly goal-driven, detail-oriented, self-starter, demonstrate a high level of resilience and work well in fast-paced environments. They should be result-driven with an instinct for measuring ROI at each stage and can make informed decisions, backed by relevant data.

They are someone currently serving a notice period or willing to join within 30 days.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ideating strategic partnerships that result in exponential growth in user acquisition. 
  • Develop alliances and partnerships with regional & local brands-multi-chain and single-chain outlets for their products/services to be offered to our members
  • End to End management of the third-party tie-ups offers promotions across categories
  • Sourcing strategic partners across geographies and develop strategic partnerships that contribute to the user acquisition targets.
  • New product/service supply generation by meeting potential vendors
  • Monitor impact of partnerships and look to increase spends by learners in each category across portfolio of vendors
  • Ensure visibility and other partner deliverables associated with offers and programs 
  • Deal negotiations of the partnerships and alliances
  • End to End implementation of the promotions with the partners. End to End Partner management and engagement
  • Campaign Management - ability to negotiate brand visibility and cost for both ATL and BTL campaigns along with the partner vendor
  • Help build exclusive properties across merchant categories under right partner-right segment approach 

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Negotiation
  • Experience in sales, strategic partnerships, business development and/or commercial strategy
  • External focus and keen interest in tracking consumer behavior

Preferred Requirements:

  • Industry Expertise
  • Product knowledge
  • Ex-fintech Cred, Bharat pay or a large B2C startup like Swiggy, Zomato etc is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 5 Years of experience in Retail sales
