Job Summary:
Looking for a committed, dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the business development efforts in the healthcare diagnostics sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building partnerships, and expanding the customer base for diagnostic services, including corporate tie-ups, doctor referrals, and direct patient engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, hospitals, clinics, and doctors to drive referrals.
- Identify and onboard new B2B and B2C clients for preventive health check-ups and diagnostic services.
- Lead a team of sales executives, providing guidance and motivation to achieve targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor trends.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotional events, and tie-ups to enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and recommending action plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare/diagnostic sector.
- Strong networking skills with experience in corporate sales and doctor engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, team building and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on achieving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales strategies
