Community Operations Intern

We are looking for an Operations intern to engage the members of our 'Industry Academia Community'. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building vibrant community and will work with various stakeholders i.e. student members, guest speakers, instructors, college faculties, community leads/managers, etc. Job Responsibilities: Setting objectives and goals for the team and also track progress Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant Formulate strategic and operational objectives of the community Manage budgets and forecasts Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs Recommending software for addressing the needs of employees (e.g. performance review tools etc.) Deliver the 'Industry Academia Community' activities Assisting with presentations of community awareness and prevention programs to community entities Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices Ensure the members are following the community guidelines Improving performance, procuring material and resources, and securing compliance Manage events conducted by Cloud Counselage Establish productive working relationships with the stakeholders Create and present reports of operational activities   Mandatory Requirements: Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management Familiarity with business and financial principles Excellent communication skills Outstanding organisational skills Tech-savvy   Desired Skills: Experience budgeting and forecasting   Eligibility Criteria: Graduate aspiring for a career in Business, Operations Management, related field Or Pursuing Master’s in Business, Operations Management or related field Membership of Industry Academia Community (If you are not a member already, please signup at https://industryacademiacommunity.com/) Package Details (Fixed + Variable Components): Through this internship, you would work for the social cause of eradicating the perpetual unemployability issue amongst freshers, by helping millions of students get job-ready, in time!
