Our client is looking for a Customer Success Associate with 1-3 years of experience in customer support in a startup environment, who will be the face of the company and take care of the call support.   They are someone who is excellent in communication, experienced in handling support across chat, social media, email and phone.   They are someone who stays in Bangalore, currently serving notice period or willing to join within 30 days.     Job Responsibilities: Provide 5-star customer support to the users reaching out to Fello with queries and issues Understand ins and outs of the product, company and space Fello works in to provide appropriate clarifications and solutions Be responsible for providing support across whatsapp, facebook, instagram, twitter, chat, email and phone Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue customers Work on special short-term projects to offer customized support for new products or products at end-of-life Monitor the customer satisfaction levels by reaching out to them on a daily basis and develop methods for increasing them Assist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service to irate or problematic customers Provide prompt and fast resolution and make sure that the solution is given in time Participate in meetings and activities held to improve customer satisfaction and business performance Maintain and update customer documentation as needed Process and track customer claims to ensure claims are resolved timely Manage and handle financial operations of the company along with relevant finance heads   Mandatory Requirements:   Amazing communication skills with the ability to communicate in English and Hindi     Preferred Requirements:   Familiarity with CRM tools and systems   Qualities: Ability to work under pressure Analytical Skills Interpersonal skills Communication Skills Supervisory Skills   Eligibility Criteria: 1 -3 years of experience in customer support He/She should be under 30   What’s for the Candidate   As per industry standards or based on the experience and potential   About the Organisation:  Our client is a consumer finance company that makes investing simpler through gaming, activating idle savers and building healthier financial profiles.
