Job Overview:

Looking for a highly organized and proactive Founders Office Executive to support our founders in driving strategic initiatives and managing daily operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the founders, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Prepare agendas, take minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items.

  • Project Management:

Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of key projects and initiatives.

Collaborate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are on track.

  • Research & Analysis:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Gather and analyze data to support presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Communication & Coordination:

Act as a liaison between the founders and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Manage internal and external communications, including drafting emails, reports, and presentations.

  • Event Planning:

Organize and coordinate company events, workshops, and team-building activities.

Assist in preparing materials and logistics for presentations and meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management or business operations
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a strong problem-solving ability
  • Passion for entrepreneurship and an understanding of the startup ecosystem
