Job Overview:
The UX Designer & Researcher will be responsible for understanding user needs and translating them into meaningful and visually engaging designs. This role combines research and design expertise, from conducting user studies to delivering interactive prototypes. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in UX research and design, with experience turning user insights into actionable, user-friendly design solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- User Research: Plan and conduct research activities, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and contextual inquiries, to gather insights about user behaviors, needs, and pain points
- Design Thinking & Problem Solving: Use a user-centered design approach to solve complex problems, create wireframes, low-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Usability Testing: Organize and facilitate usability tests on prototypes and live products, analyze results, and iterate on designs based on user feedback
- Data Analysis & Synthesis: Analyze research findings to identify trends and insights, creating user personas, journey maps, and other frameworks to communicate user goals and pain points
- Prototyping & Wireframing: Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to visualize design solutions and test ideas with users and stakeholders
- Collaborative Design Process: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and technical requirements
- Documentation & Reporting: Document research findings, design decisions, and usability test outcomes to inform stakeholders and support future design iterations
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and methods to enhance research and design practices and bring new ideas to the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in UX design and user research
- Strong command of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and data synthesis
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles and a solid understanding of usability and interaction design
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to a wide range of audiences
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into design strategies
