Job Overview:

The Senior Creative Strategist (Copywriter) will be responsible for developing and executing creative content strategies across various channels. This role requires a combination of strong copywriting skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire and lead a team of writers and creatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating compelling content that aligns with brand objectives and drives engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creative Strategy Development: Lead the development of creative content strategies that align with marketing goals and brand objectives, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
  • Copywriting Excellence: Write and oversee high-quality, engaging copy for various formats, including digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, and print materials.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior copywriters and creative team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to develop integrated campaigns and content that meet business objectives.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform content development and creative direction.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of content strategies and campaigns, using insights to refine and enhance future initiatives.
  • Presentation and Pitching: Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind creative decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in copywriting and creative strategy, preferably in an agency or corporate marketing environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful content strategies that drive engagement and results.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
