Job Overview:

The company is looking for a confident, seeking a talented individual who is tenacious in solving problems while maintaining customer empathy. They are experienced in sales and partnerships development and Experience in proposal writing and the proposal management process. They possess outstanding oral and written English communication and presentation skills and have Demonstrated passion for technology and wellbeing for older adults in society.

They will work with the Business Development and Operations Head on creating the partnership plan, Negotiate and close new business opportunities, Identify and proactively create new business opportunities with companies.

What's For The Candidate:

Compensation as per industry standards or based on the experience and last CTC

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

They can start immediately or have 30 days of notice period.

  • Work with the Business Development and Operations Head on creating the partnership plan/pipeline for the year
  • Identify and proactively create new business opportunities with companies where Getsetup can be positioned as an employee benefit
  • Identify a prospective clients needs, strategic priorities and interests and evaluate if GetSetUp can meet a need
  • Negotiate and close new business opportunities in consultation with the Business Development head
  • Existing rolodex of access points to businesses above 10,000 employees
  • Building & maintaining relationships with the touch points and companies across sectors
  • Coordinating and supporting communication plans for enhanced visibility and influence with targeted audience

Requirements:

  • Sales experience
  • Experience in proposal writing and the proposal management process
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management and collaboration skills.
  • Prior work experience with Technology companies Solid knowledge of and relationships within the Healthcare & Financial services
  • Demonstrated passion for technology and wellbeing for older adults in society
  • Problem solving while maintaining customer empathy
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management and collaboration skills.
  • Outstanding oral and written English communication and presentation skills

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelors/ Masters degree in business, engineering or related fields.
  • Experienced sales and partnerships development
